Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pM About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is a key position within the company, supporting the directors and engineers with a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will work predominantly independently, so confidence in managing your own workload and staying organised is essential. Key Responsibilities: * General administration and office support * Booking travel and accommodation * Maintaining training records and booking courses * Assisting with tenders and collating documents * Creating and sending invoices * Supporting with accreditations and compliance * Logging deliveries and arranging couriers * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers * Managing and updating internal systems (Microsoft 365 / OneDrive) Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently * Comfortable learning new systems and processes * Strong attention to detail Benefits: * 25 days annual leave bank holidays (33 days total) * Company laptop and mobile provided * Opportunities to grow and develop within the business
