Senior Director, Private Equity | Singapore, SG

Our client is an International investment firm looking for growth opportunities in Asia with a bias towards renewables and carbon-free clean technology. Based in Singapore, the role will be responsible for undertaking origination, evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities to make a positive impact on the environment. The role involves market screening of investment opportunities, carrying out industry and business analysis, and financial modeling. Support in the structuring of deals and investment terms is also required. To succeed in this role, you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes: Good degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance preferred At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in private equity/venture capital or corporate finance (M&A) from investment banks Experience in covering the Asia investment banking/private equity landscape is highly preferred Strong industry knowledge of the environment, infrastructure, and energy sectors preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Excellent quantitative and analytical skills Meticulous, committed, team player, and able to work under pressure To apply, please email your resume to assetmanagement.sg@alsrecruit.com J-18808-Ljbffr
