This pivotal role involves operational management and continuous improvement of financial counselling services for patients admitted from various departments, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their care journey. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to achieve tertiary care excellence by collaborating with key hospital stakeholders, including the Business Office and Emergency Department, to integrate financial counselling and assistance services. Oversee the implementation and support of various projects and services within the Patient Service Centre, focusing on enhancing accessibility to healthcare financing support. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of service delivery and financial counselling. Develop and mentor staff within the department, providing guidance, performance coaching, and fostering a supportive work environment that encourages engagement and retention. Drive hospital-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and operational processes, serving as a change agent to promote teamwork and effective care delivery. Lead revenue optimization and cost containment efforts to ensure efficient operations while maintaining high-quality patient care. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or related fields. At least 8 years of working experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position. Experience in healthcare management, especially in healthcare operations. Proven leadership in team management with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in managing healthcare financial counselling teams and services is advantageous.
