Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin) Join to apply for the Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin) role at Singapore Airlines . Job Description The successful candidate will be part of the Quality Management & Administration (Loyalty Marketing Department) within the Marketing Planning division. Key Responsibilities Administrative Work IT coordinator for the department Raise Service Request Management System (SRMS) for software installation or PC support Raise iCare tickets for PC and printer issues Arrange system accesses for Loyalty Marketing department staff Finance Duties Coordinate department budgets Assist in annual budget planning Manage budget overruns, forecasting reports, and virement with Finance Process billing, invoices, and issuance Prepare month-end accruals and budget vs expenditure reports Raise and track third-party invoices for verification and approval Support finance-related tasks as needed Servicing Administration Credit KrisFlyer miles manually for partners and promotions Manage debit and credit of mismatched accruals after verification Administer KrisFlyer partnership activities Quality Management Investigate Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) fraud and liaise with partners Generate daily QM reports for suspicious activities Manage audit test production accounts Participate in QM automation projects Cover for colleagues on leave Additional Duties Assist with other tasks assigned by department heads as required.
