Your key responsibilities include: Leading the landscape architectural studio and project teams Developing marketing and business development strategies Cultivating client relationships and developing key accounts Ensuring quality management of landscape architectural work Developing staff and project teams Managing resources and project budgets Providing strategic planning direction (local and global) Driving productivity and innovation initiatives Setting design directions for key projects Producing concepts and schematic designs Overseeing detailed design development and construction documentation Supervising project construction and implementation Qualifications include: Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban or Environmental Design/Planning Minimum 10 years of relevant practice experience Strong leadership, management, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple teams Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity Knowledge of global projects and construction practices To apply, submit your application, portfolio (max 10 MB), and CV.
