GRP/REN is Total’s Division responsible for the development, construction, O&M, asset management, and financing of renewable projects, including solar, wind, energy storage, and off-grid solutions. Its strategic goal is to reach 35 GW of operational renewables capacity by 2025, with over 10 GW installed and an expected annual operating capacity of more than 5 GW. As a Structured Finance Analyst / Financial Advisor, you will support the Structured Finance team in financing renewables projects and optimizing transaction value. The team’s responsibilities include: Defining financing strategies for renewables projects, Raising non-recourse debt for project funding, Assessing project economics, Advising on equity strategies. Main activities include: Assisting senior team members with financing tasks such as due diligence, transaction structuring, data room management, and documentation in the APAC region; Preparing presentations and analyses for financing and partnership opportunities; Supporting financial modeling of solar, offshore wind, or storage projects to evaluate profitability; Proposing financial optimizations to enhance project profitability; Running scenarios, sensitivities, and ad-hoc analyses for finance and business development teams; Supporting project economics assessment for new opportunities, including financial modeling; Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure projects are bankable and financeable; Collaborating with cross-functional teams for valuations, due diligence, and integration; Preparing financial and economic reports for senior management and internal committees; Maintaining relationships with lenders such as banks, ECAs, and DFIs. Candidate Profile Engineering degree or Master’s in Business, Science, Math, Engineering, or related fields. Technical skills & soft skills: Extensive experience in financial modeling, preferably in project finance or transaction environments; Understanding of accounting and finance (P&L, CFS, BS); Knowledge of project finance and structured financing processes; Strong presentation and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is a plus.
