Senior BD Manager (Specialty Chemicals – Advanced Materials) Our client in the specialty chemicals sector is hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager. This role will lead key account and drive strategic growth within the specialty chemical sector, with a strong focus on advanced materials and coating technologies. Ideal candidate should be capable of bridging markets across India, China, and the US, developing long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow strategic key accounts in the advanced materials and specialty coatings segment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships globally. Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy. Travel regularly between India, China, and the US to maintain customer relationships and oversee regional development activities. Qualifications: 8 years of experience in business development or key account management within specialty chemicals, preferably in advanced materials or coatings. Proven track record of international business development and cross-cultural communication. Strong understanding of the specialty chemical market landscape in Asia and North America.
