Senior RTR Accountant with German

Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to the general ledger, Prepare and review financial statements and reports, Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies, Conduct periodic audits of financial records and reconcile discrepancies, Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial transactions, Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial accounting. Qualifications: Fluency in German and a strong command of English, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 3 years of experience in RTR, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software, Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
