Oracle SCM Functional Analyst

Application Support Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues. Providing end-user support through investigating, testing and driving incidents to completion. Meeting the incident SLAs. Collaborate with vendor support on the resolution of application issues and system problems. Driving and supporting business and IT required reporting and alerts Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement system or application enhancements. Participate in functional-level tests responsible for comparing actual and expected results, for all projects including Vendor patch updates, performance testing, and regression testing. Works independently or in teams as required Work flexible schedule as necessary including co-ordinating with onsite-offsite business and development teams Supporting code migration when needed. Functional Skills Ability to analyze and clearly document business processes and functional requirements. Ability to drive discussions on ongoing projects with different ERP teams Proficient at developing and executing business process-specific test scenarios and executing them. Perform and support testing activities on ongoing projects Work with integrated applications teams closely on proposed projects and enhancements Strong analytical abilities. Capable of planning and organizing work and processes in a continuously moving support model. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems. Experience/Education Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, information systems, or information technology, with 2 - 4 years related experience. EBS knowledge in SCM module is preferred Any compliance application experience is an added advantage. Good English comunicatios skills.
