Recruiting Specialist – Tech Talent

Location: Mexico City, MX (Hybrid) Experience: 4 years in full-cycle technical recruitment Language: Fluent English required Education: Bachelor’s degree completed About the role We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist with solid experience in full-cycle recruiting for IT/tech roles , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities. You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our tech teams across Mexico and the U.S., working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. ✅ Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, data, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and ensure excellent candidate experience Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and boolean sourcing Provide regular updates and reporting on pipeline, challenges, and hiring metrics Maintain and promote best practices in recruiting processes What we’re looking for 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for IT or tech roles Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with technical talent markets in LATAM Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously Fluent in English (written and spoken) – daily communication with U.S. stakeholders Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Experience working with ATS Bachelor’s degree completed (Human Resources, Psychology, or related field) Nice to have Experience recruiting in U.S. markets Familiarity with remote/hybrid hiring processes Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies
