Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our core Engineering team in Guadalajara (Hybrid) Join a product-driven team focused on improving healthcare through secure authentication technologies. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our Enterprise Access Management (EAM) solutions — which support Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and secure remote access across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms. What You'll Do Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing product features. Define and drive the overall QA strategy, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead and mentor other QA engineers in testing best practices and process improvements. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and architects throughout the development lifecycle. Build and maintain test automation tools and scripts to ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines remain robust. Contribute to and review technical documentation, requirements, and design documents. Participate in release planning, requirements reviews, and design sessions. Analyze test results, report bugs, and monitor defect resolution. Stay up to date with emerging QA tools, techniques, and industry trends. ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with mobile testing (iOS & Android), cloud, or SaaS platforms. Comfortable testing across multiple platforms: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux. Experience with both white-box and black-box testing. Solid knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages. Strong background in testing for performance, scalability, and load. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with virtual environments (VMware, Citrix). Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to lead without formal authority.
