We are seeking Supply Chain Manager in a Jr level with at least five years of experience overseeing areas such as foreign trade, purchasing, and order management. Excellent management skills and a passion for teamwork and staff development. Responsabilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline supply chain processes. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Lead and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Resolve any distribution issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to align product and CS Sales budget goals with company objectives. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the logistics or distribution sector. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software. Solid understanding of supply chain management principles. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
