About You: We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Guadalajara . You need to have have experience delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting in Windows environments , with a solid understanding of infrastructure components like Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP . You need to communicate effectively in English (French is a plus!). You have to enjoy working with complex issues in dynamic environments and are eager to grow into a subject matter expert. Responsibilities: You will provide full lifecycle technical support for our healthcare IT security platform, working closely with customers and partners to resolve technical issues via phone and email. You'll do troubleshoot and debug software in networked and virtualized environments , reproduce scenarios, and help identify product limitations or bugs. This role is part of a 24/7 rotation , so flexibility and time management are key. You'll work collaboratively with global teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to internal documentation while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications: Must-Have: Proven experience in Windows troubleshooting (endpoints and servers) Strong knowledge of MS Domain infrastructure , Active Directory , LDAP , DNS , Certificate services Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Customer support experience in technical environments Good analytical and time management skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with VMware , Citrix , AWS , GoToMeeting Knowledge of authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, RADIUS, etc.) Familiarity with application/desktop virtualization and healthcare environments French language skills (B1 or higher) Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) About GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company, leader in digital engineering.
