Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Good Communication skill, Knowledge in resolving issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops and PCs Good-to-Have Ability to work in night shift. Should involve in team bonding activities Should be flexible to the project requirements Basic reporting knowledge in office tools like Word, Excel, etc for daily SLA reports SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Good hands on experience in Active Directory, Cisco, Office 365, and VPN related troubleshooting 2 Should have good knowledge in troubleshooting related to Laptops and Desktops 3 Hands on experience in Win 10 4 Basic knowledge in APPV and SCCM 5 Knowledge in building and Troubleshooting Virtual machines 6 Good customer handling experience
