Job Description Company Description Synergie Italia, an employment agency, Rho branch, is looking for a candidate for a client company operating in the luxury furniture accessories sector based in Settimo Milanese. Position The selected candidate will join the company's sales team and will be responsible for back office activities and customer service related to orders processed for the Italian and foreign markets. Responsibilities include entering incoming orders, monitoring outgoing orders using the company's management software, and managing post-sales customer service by coordinating with logistics, production, and other departments to resolve order-related issues. Requirements The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a role such as foreign sales back office or pre/post-sales customer service within manufacturing companies. Fluency in English is required for managing foreign clients. Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus. Additional Information Initial contract: temporary employment for one year with the possibility of permanent employment. Working hours: full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary and classification will be based on seniority and actual skills, according to the textile artisanal sector collective agreement. Workplace: Settimo Milanese (MI).
