Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description: Define the future of the company's physical and digital user interfaces, considering user trends, customer profiles, multi-regional and multi-brand strategies, available HMI platforms, and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, R&D, and external partners, to handle UX/UI tasks and create innovative solutions. Establish and implement a new UI design system across all HMI products to ensure brand consistency. Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with multi-brand strategies. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development. Manage the visual communication and graphics deployment on residential products. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/Product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. At least 6 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio. Excellent visual communication and graphic design skills. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Knowledge of Arduino or other coding software is a plus. Experience in structured, international environments, including design consultancy or corporate settings. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Italian and Chinese language skills are advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams. Based in Italy and willing to travel.
