He/She collects requests from external sources such as Brands, Network, HQs, through our internal Sales or from internal Departments or Management regarding new products, existing product ranges, variations, modifications, and other initiatives. He/she supports the development of the Long Term Rental product with a strong focus on its pricing. Role and duties – core business Manage processes and maintain the technical pricing structure for the Long Term Rental product based on price positioning set by Marketing. Monitor and analyze Long Term Rental cost components, perform comparison analysis of standard vs actual costs, and forecast future developments. Develop and maintain statistical models for technical cost projections and estimations. Maintain and upload component costs into the contract management system for rental price calculations. Implement reports and dashboards to track pricing performance for each Long Term Rental channel. Perform periodic pricing analysis per customer, known as “Smart Pricing”. Support the team in defining pricing for new services and products, involving Marketing. Make product pricing recommendations based on market index analysis during Pricing Committee meetings. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies. Assist in preparing cost and margin analysis reports to support management decisions. Provide ad hoc pricing support as needed. Conduct specific analyses as required. Competencies Degree in Economics or Finance. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling or pricing within a multinational company. Previous experience in pricing topics. Strong knowledge of planning, control principles, pricing models, and structures. Good knowledge of financial mathematics is preferable. Understanding of Automotive market and mobility trends. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of SAS. Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. J-18808-Ljbffr
