Sales Administration Manager

About This Opportunity We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administration Manager at our factory in Aprilia (Centre of Italy). This position reports directly to the Demand Manager Closures. Aprilia Plant specializes in metal closures for products such as tomatoes, pickles, sauces, and condiments. We also develop and assemble sealing machines and equipment for manufacturing closures at our Centre of Engineering. This role offers an interesting position in an international company that values personal development and experience. Responsibilities Manage Direct and Intercompany Sales’ Administration in line with the Demand Manager Closures’ indications and Sonoco strategy. Manage the Sales Administration Team. Verify production priorities in collaboration with Supply Chain. Serve as the interface with internal and external customers. Support the preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and RF figures. Job Requirements Degree in Economy. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, managing a customer service team. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Result- and team-oriented. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
