Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. Deliver offers and quotes to current and prospective customers. Report to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: Define sales strategies for the company’s products. Gather information for sale contracts. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions. Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds. Negotiate sale terms with management approval. Manage customer rates and records. Issue material samples and testing requests. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes. Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes. Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams. Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes. Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management and sales meetings. Your profile: Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of company’s technical capabilities and product advantages. Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management. Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes. Strong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate problems. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across levels. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
