The Opportunity In this role, you will advise on the full spectrum of real estate matters including: Capital transactions and complex development projects across asset classes (e.g., mixed-use precincts, build-to-rent, renewables) Real estate joint ventures Complex agreements for lease and leasing matters You will l have access to an impressive client base including developers, investors, fund managers, landlords, and government bodies. The firm takes a commercial and practical approach to solving complex legal issues and is highly regarded for its market-leading capabilities in real estate law.
