We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and drive growth in a vibrant market. In this role, you will be responsible for selling pharmaceutical active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Your responsibilities include defining customer and market strategies, managing commercial operations, and scouting for new customers to achieve sales targets. You will focus on pipeline seedings with existing clients and receivables management within your assigned regions. You will be part of a dynamic team of 9 professionals located across Europe, Israel, and LATAM. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Business Analysts to map the market and uncover growth opportunities. Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring KPI and target achievement. Increase win rate with clients, converting prospects into loyal customers. Follow up on receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Work with procurement teams to build a strong order book and manage pipeline seedings. Coordinate with supply chain, product management, and CX teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Travel regularly to maintain relationships and promote Tapi’s product range. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers as their primary contact. Act as a communication bridge among stakeholders to support customers effectively. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in B2B Pharma API sales across Europe, with US market exposure preferred. Established network of Key Accounts in Big Pharma and biotech companies, ideally global. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field; MBA is a plus. Knowledge of emerging trends in pharma APIs and ability to identify opportunities. Strong negotiation, analytical, relationship management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Strategic agility and business acumen for navigating complex environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.
