MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 36 years of hands-on experience building scalable and performant full stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work on developing end-to-end solutions, from designing database schemas to implementing responsive UI components and integrating RESTful APIs. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code across front-end and back-end. - Optimize applications for performance and scalability. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Required Skills : - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js - Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6) and modern frontend frameworks - Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture - Ability to write clean and maintainable backend services with Node.js - Knowledge of database design and query optimization (MongoDB preferred) - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies - Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices Good to Have : - Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) (ref:hirist.tech)
