Openings: 8 roles across Education, Healthcare, Security, and Global Design Studios Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to detailed design, authority submissions, and construction support. Drive design quality and ensure project outcomes meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders across various disciplines and project stages. Mentor junior designers and support talent development within your studio. Manage design documentation, schedules, and internal review processes to ensure timely delivery. Engage in design presentations, both internal and external, including competitions where applicable. Ensure adherence to BIM standards, technical coordination, and quality assurance protocols. Contribute to the strategic and creative direction of the studio in your assigned domain. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of post-graduate architectural experience for Principal level; 8 years for Senior Principal level. Recognised Degree in Architecture. Strong design sensibility with the ability to deliver conceptually and technically sound solutions. Proven leadership in managing consultants, stakeholders, and junior staff on complex projects.
