Analista de Precios

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies with a focus on sourcing carriers and supporting the sales team with pricing strategies. To be successful in the role, you need a blend of analytical skills, market knowledge and effective communication skills. This position reports to the Branch Manager. Responsibilities: Design and implement pricing solutions for multiple vendors within the transportation industry. Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with carriers to develop a network of reliable carriers. Provide recommendations for cost reduction and pricing adjustments based on detailed cost analysis. Assist the sales team in obtaining and evaluating quotes from carriers. Ensure that quotes are accurate, competitive and meet customer requirements. Stay up to date on market trends, competitive pricing and industry standards. Maintain and manage pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and data is up to date. Generate reports on pricing performance and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the sales, finance and operations teams to address pricing inquiries and provide strategic insight. Engage with key clients and partners to negotiate pricing and provide data driven justification for pricing decisions. Additional Job Description Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics pricing, supply chain management or similar field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Familiar with data visualization tools and database management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written. Experience with pricing software and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills Fluent in English and Spanish- written and verbal. Preferred: Experience in carrier sourcing
