Talent Acquisition Partner - Global Payment - APAC

Responsibilities TikTok will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require TikTok sponsorship of a visa. About the Team The Global Payment team provides assistance with payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, and more to ensure our users have a smooth and secure payment experience. What You Will Do - Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. - Manage end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc. - Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans. - Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. - Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience. - 1 years of technical/engineering recruitment experience. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to support hiring in APAC and China. - Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures. - Experience working in the technology industry.
