Our Challenge: We are looking for a skilled Java Core/Backend Developer to strengthen our backend team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of our systems. If you’re passionate about building scalable backend solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain server-side applications using core Java technologies. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications and third-party integrations. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. Write clean, efficient, and modular code following best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes. Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes. Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. Ensure security and data protection throughout the application lifecycle. Maintain and update documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve backend capabilities. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience with core Java (Java SE/EE) and frameworks such as Spring Boot. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Knowledge of database systems: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito. Good problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
