Commercial Finance Analyst

FINANCIAL ANALYST - COMMERCIAL The Financial Analyst - Commercial will be responsible for analyzing margins, sales, and prices to support the company's financial and commercial strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities: Margin Analysis: Evaluate and monitor product margins and customer margins. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to understand trends, variances, and performance metrics, providing insights to drive commercial decisions. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market conditions and company objectives. Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the commercial budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Forecast Projections: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Customer Incentives: Analyze and validate compliance with customer incentive programs. Business Case Development: Create and present business cases for new commercial opportunities, including cost-benefit analysis and financial projections. Financial Reporting: Generate and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making within the commercial team. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective commercial strategies. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the automotive industry. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
