ServiceNow Architect

Job Description Summary: The primary focus of this role is on ServiceNow Architecture, development, systems integration, and functional process knowledge in the Core Platform, CSM, and custom applications. Responsibilities: Act as the Technical Lead for platform development, especially on ServiceNow CSM modules. Lead a team of ServiceNow developers/administrators, mentor junior members, and guide development across multiple modules: CSM, Custom Apps, IT Asset Management (HAM, SAM), ITSM Pro, ITOM Pro & CMDB. Strategize, plan, and implement new features, capabilities, and system integrations to meet business requirements. Follow best practices for configuring, enhancing, and maintaining ServiceNow implementations across modules, including HRSD, CSM, IT Asset Management, ITSM Pro, ITOM Pro & CMDB. Leverage automation and integration capabilities across the platform to build scalable and efficient solutions. Manage work queues for multiple clients, ensuring assignments are clearly defined and delivered by the technical team. Lead weekly client meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables and progress. Advise and persuade clients on ServiceNow best practices. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed. Develop and execute ServiceNow roadmaps in alignment with platform owner goals. Document technical details, configuration, and development work; prepare training materials as needed.
