Job Description Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for MOB and healthcare interior projects Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations and project requirements Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Interpret construction documents and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest standards Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams on progress and milestones MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
