Summary : W'e’re currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to immediately fill an FP&A Analyst position in our Corporate Headquarters. This position will be reporting to the FP&A Manager and working closely with the Controller and CFO. Essential Functions: Build budgets and forecasts for future company performance based on current and past trends Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of operational and financial data Support with reviewing and implementing strategic acquisitions Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, including goal reports, cash flow and additional reports / internal financial metrics to the Controller and CFO Ad hoc projects as directed by the FP&A Manager Successful candidate’s qualifications / skills: Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of a 3.3 GPA required Prior experience in FP&A role a plus Microsoft Excel, specifically with strong VLOOKUP and Pivot table knowledge, is a must Experience in Bi360 is a plus Analytical and Inquisitive Work independently with strong time management Strong organizational and communication skills Company Description William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance (WRRE) is the 1 family-owned real estate company in the Northeast and Florida.
