This Executive Assistant position offers the opportunity to support a senior executive and their team with confidential and strategic administrative support. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless daily operations, streamlining communications, and managing key tasks ranging from scheduling to travel logistics. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. You'll collaborate across levels and departments while taking ownership of executive support functions and ensuring top-tier service with minimal supervision. Job Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to an executive and team Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation Prepare correspondence, reports, and other professional documents Welcome and coordinate visits from internal and external guests Perform research and manage sensitive or confidential information Support planning for team events and offsites Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise Job Skills/Requirements Minimum of 3 years of Executive or Administrative Assistant experience High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong experience in calendar and travel management Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (including table creation and mail merges) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling confidential matters Familiarity with general office procedures including filing, scheduling, and expenses Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Why should I apply?
