Responsibilities Management of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, personnel planning, etc. Planning of daily and weekly operations based on parcel projections and delivery partner capacity. Coordination with internal teams: Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial, Quality, Projects, etc. Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption. Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction. Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators. Qualifications 5 years in a similar position. Fluent written and spoken English. Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with WMS KPI management and results orientation. Reporting and root cause analysis. Proven skills Operations management and multidisciplinary teams. Leadership of local and associated teams. Cost management. Internal and external communication.
