You will drive high-level engagement with government, industry, and internal leadership—helping to shape long-term access strategies and support sustainable healthcare innovation across APAC. In this high-impact role, you will: Define and lead the regional access policy agenda across multiple APAC markets Influence value frameworks, funding mechanisms, and reimbursement pathways Represent the organization in senior external forums and industry coalitions Partner with cross-functional leadership to align strategy with stakeholder expectations Anticipate policy shifts and proactively shape the environment for innovation and access What you bring: 15 years of senior experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or market access Strong track record in APAC healthcare systems and stakeholder engagement Exceptional ability to influence at senior levels—both internally and externally Strategic foresight, business acumen, and comfort navigating complex regulatory landscapes This is more than a role—it’s a platform to drive real change at scale.
