Key Responsibilities Performs the development of the BI Solution, they could work on get the requirements from the stakeholders. Develops and communicates how a specific report or dashboard is architected and how it resolves a business need. Choose the best visuals for the given data. Communicates the progress of the project, issues, and strategies. Understands the client's needs and works together to get the requirements for the project. They are essential for the business development. Integrates the BI tools with additional visual tiers. They can implement tasks to automate some processes. Identifies the data sources, data requirements, and metric definition to build the required reports. Ensures that the data solutions are tailored to the specific needs of the organization and will provide actionable insights that can be used to drive business growth." Data validation Connects the BI environment with the data sources. Suggests changes in the existing model to improve the report's performance. Models the objects schema in BI tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field. Experience working with data visualization tools Must: Power BI Desirable: Tableau, Looker or MicroStrategy. Proven track record of independently designing and implementing complex data systems for data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions. Experience gathering requirements and interfacing with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Expertise in SQL and experience with querying and manipulating large and complex data sets. Experience leading and guiding development teams in data analytics or business intelligence projects. Expertise in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
