Position Summary This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities within designated European markets, focusing on rental and staging LED product lines for events such as corporate, concert, festival, public, broadcasting, and virtual applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for market-specific business development, focusing on new opportunities and lead generation. Identify new accounts, develop relationships, and expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel within the region to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and distributors, establishing sales territories and goals. Stay informed on new products and market trends. Gather and relay feedback from the field to HQ on products, marketing, sales, and services. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry situations. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project execution. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows. Coordinate with HQ sales teams for the EU market. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management in the industrial or AV industry. Minimum 3 years in project-related roles involving sales, marketing, or product management in relevant markets. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities and product knowledge. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language: Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
