JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions, driving profitable growth and increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities to customers. What the role involves: Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in collaboration with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value propositions, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at customer sites. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, and delivery inquiries. Collaborate with the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success within the electronic distribution sector over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes through demonstrated design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
