Treviso, Italy Bep's, the largest chain of stores specialized in selling accessories for cars, motorcycles, and bikes, is seeking a Motorcycle Helmet Developer with experience in the motorcycle sector. The candidate will be responsible for the functional and aesthetic development of helmets, both interior and exterior, and for sourcing the best suppliers in the market. The resource will work in synergy with the R&D and marketing teams to ensure a cutting-edge product in terms of style, comfort, and material quality. Responsibilities: Research and select the best helmet suppliers, ensuring quality and competitiveness. Develop the external and internal design of helmets, including graphics, finishes, colors, and interior materials. Define aesthetic and functional lines in accordance with market needs and brand strategies. Study design trends and new technologies to enhance aesthetics and comfort. Evaluate innovative materials for interiors and exteriors to improve comfort, lightness, and durability. Control the quality of samples and productions to ensure compliance with company standards. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in developing motorcycle helmets or similar products (motorcycle accessories, sports equipment, etc.). Knowledge of market trends and motorcyclist preferences. Proficiency in graphic and modeling software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign for developing graphic solutions aligned with design and functionality. Graphic skills aimed at defining the product's visual identity, focusing on textures, finishes, decorations, and graphic layouts applied to surfaces. Basic knowledge of safety regulations for helmets (ECE 22.06). Experience in graphic product design, with the ability to translate aesthetic concepts into industrially applicable graphic elements. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage national and international suppliers, with excellent English communication skills. Additional Profile: Experience in designing modular, racing, touring, or jet helmets. Knowledge of innovative materials and advanced manufacturing techniques (special paints). Passion for motorcycling and sector knowledge. Creative flair and aesthetic sense. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Precision and organizational skills.
