The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and service departments in China. Position Summary This position, in conjunction with the EU market team, oversees sales activities in assigned industries, focusing on applications like corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and meeting targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel for business development, engaging with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and distributors. Stay informed about new products and market information. Gather and transfer feedback from the field to HQ. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry situations. Manage communication during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV industry. Over 3 years’ experience in related projects with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills. Client-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure conditions. Language Requirements Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
