Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager OEM Chiller will be responsible for acquiring new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA), with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigerant business, providing value through technical, commercial, and partnership skills. The manager will oversee Sales Representatives and report to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller. Responsibilities: Lead the sales team to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration. Analyze market potential for new products and applications. Identify opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet strategic goals. Manage multiple areas, adjusting sales goals and procedures accordingly. Prepare and review contract terms using standard Ingersoll Rand templates. Draft technical offers. Implement new sales techniques to increase volume. Develop and train a competent workforce through coaching and goal setting. Travel & Work Arrangements: Flexible working hours with travel within the assigned territory. Key Competencies: Business English proficiency. Solid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs. Knowledge of a third language (Spanish or German) is a plus. What We Offer: Dynamic, international environment.
