Accounting Manager

Job Opportunity: Accounting Manager Our client, an international retail company, is seeking to hire an Accounting Manager . Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and coordinating the administrative and accounting functions. Main Responsibilities: Manage and oversee general accounting, coordinating accounting and administrative compliance. Ensure activities related to corporate taxation and periodic filings, maintaining compliance with current tax regulations, and support the preparation and submission of tax declarations. Guarantee compliance of processes, procedures, and activities in administrative and fiscal areas. Manage the consolidated reporting closing process for top management. Prepare the financial statements in collaboration with external consultants. Structure and improve administrative processes. Handle communications with the Bank of Italy. Requirements: Degree in Economics At least 8 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of Italian and IFRS accounting principles Experience with consolidated financial statements and autonomy in closing processes Excellent command of English Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and Team System The ideal candidate will also demonstrate flexibility, planning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving attitude.
