Principal Product Designer - Mobile

Malwarebytes is looking for We are seeking a Principal Mobile Product Designer to lead the design strategy and execution for our iOS and Android applications. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end design strategy for Malwarebytes' mobile applications, aligning with company goals and user needs Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of innovative, intuitive mobile experiences for iOS and Android Collaborate with product leaders to define mobile product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business and user objectives Establish and maintain mobile design standards, frameworks, and patterns for consistency and scalability Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration within the team Use data, research, and user testing to inform and improve design decisions Advocate for accessibility and mobile-first design principles, adhering to industry standards Present design strategies and solutions to executive stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind decisions Skills and Qualifications: 10 years of product design experience, with at least 7 years focused on mobile applications for iOS and Android Proven track record of delivering innovative, user-centered designs that achieve measurable results Expertise in mobile design guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design) and responsive design principles Exceptional visual design skills, paying attention to typography, layout, color, and micro-interactions Strong background in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design Experience in building and scaling mobile design systems Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence skills Familiarity with cybersecurity or technical applications is a plus Benefits and Perks: Opportunity to make a meaningful impact for yourself and the world Supportive work environment promoting growth and well-being Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (subject to regional variations) Employee Referral Bonus Program Wellness programs J-18808-Ljbffr
