Context As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, prioritization, and monitoring of development aligned with project methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodologies. You also ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain among project team members. Key Responsibilities Lead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements to support Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing efforts, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop expertise in PLM solutions and assist with business case development for innovations. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at both business and technical levels. Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients, including participation in user workshops. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering and project implementation. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Educational and Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Expected travel within the country and internationally.
