Job Description

Function : Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (SM) Reports to : Director Chief of Staff Office Location : United Kingdom or Europe Set up : Hybrid Why we need this role As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will be a strategic communicator supporting sales leadership to ensure efficient operations. You will act as a liaison between the Sales channel and the Chief of Staff, helping channel leaders make informed decisions, prioritize, and align with Colt's sales strategies. Your inquisitive and analytical nature will support critical conversations and projects based on data-driven insights, working collaboratively with stakeholders including VP, Business Ops Director, Regional Sales Directors, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Sales Enablement. You will also support the Enterprise Sales channel virtually alongside the Chief of Staff Director. What you will do Supervise data-driven analytics to support business decisions. Translate observations into actionable insights for Sales Leadership. Oversee sales targeting processes, ensuring fair and optimal quota allocation across channels. Monitor sales KPIs, collaborating with leadership to improve trends. Support sales governance and Colt’s Go to Market & Rules of Engagement. Assist in sales forecasting with Sales Leadership. Contribute to the development and administration of sales incentive and compensation programs. Coordinate sales campaigns, buzz days, and incentives as needed. Manage planning activities with channels and stakeholders outside Sales & Marketing. Assist with sales incentive compensation administration and clarify policies with Finance and HR. Build strong internal relationships across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Enablement. Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial) Compliance with Go To Market strategies Accuracy of sales targeting and its correlation with performance Quality of sales analytics and forecasting Budget performance of operations Minimum requirements At least 3 years experience in Sales operations or related roles ensuring smooth sales processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven leadership in building high-performing teams Strong stakeholder management and influential skills Fluency in English What we offer you : Looking to make a mark?
