IT Support Specialist

Job Title: IT Support Specialist Join TUI Musement as an IT Support Specialist based in Piano di Sorrento, Naples. You will be part of the Italian IT team supporting primarily the Naples office, along with other Italian locations and abroad. Responsibilities: Provide Deskside Support (In Person or Remote), including O365 support, Windows 10 support (imaging), MacOS, and Linux devices, troubleshooting issues, and user support. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users and corporate devices. Support back-office infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, and phone systems as needed. Compile reports, manage inventory, and participate in special projects. Collaborate within local, regional, and global IT teams, and pursue continuous growth in technical and soft skills. Work with third-party vendors and assist end-user education on productivity tools like OD and Teams. Develop expertise in specific IT technologies relevant to the company's needs. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT experience with Windows 10, Apple OS, and smartphones in a Help Desk environment. Strong customer service skills, professional communication, and fluency in English. Experience with Office 365, Apple devices, and smartphones.
