IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist QiBit, the ICT division of Gi Group S.p.A., an Employment Agency (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), specializes in selecting, training, onboarding, and developing IT profiles for the Italian market. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client company that specializes in the development and production of electronic systems for combustion control and management in the heating and comfort sector. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Install and configure hardware devices (PCs, printers, workstations, etc.) and ICT accessories. Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications. Identify and manage basic issues related to devices, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity. Perform routine ICT maintenance activities. Requirements: Technical diploma in computer science or related field. Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, Office suite, and mobile operating systems. Problem-solving skills combined with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. Work Location: Villa Bartolomea (VR). Working Hours: Full-time. Offer: Direct employment with a fixed-term or apprenticeship contract based on the profile.
