Job Description Join our dynamic international team and develop your career in a rapidly growing company. As an IT Support Specialist , you will play a key role in onsite technical support, managing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems for clients in the Manufacturing sector. Your missions Provide onsite technical support 3 days a week at the Rieti site. Assist in the integration and maintenance of networking devices and hosts. Troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Contribute to the management and deployment of operating systems. Support the global rollout of new IT products across multiple sites. Collaborate with the Client Team and Manager to optimize IT processes. Manage backup and imaging solutions with Acronis for physical endpoints. Handle specific engineering and automation devices, such as configuring networked PLCs. Your profile Previous experience in IT, focusing on operating systems and networking. Must have: Knowledge of the Manufacturing sector. Fluent in Italian and English. Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Citrix. Experience with backup and imaging management using Acronis. Hardware/software troubleshooting skills. Configuration and maintenance of devices for engineering & automation. What We Offer An international working environment with over 110 nationalities.
