Participates in shaping activities, feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during development phases. Performs detailed functional and technical analysis and design. Provides test support and aids in problem resolution. Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements. Breaks down requirements and solutions into appropriate sections (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks before selecting approaches; explains and justifies decisions systematically. Key Capabilities/Experience Over 5 years of experience in software development projects, preferably using Agile methodology. Experience designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot. Strong knowledge of the existing IT architecture and technical workflows relevant to the domain. Minimum Qualifications Problem-solving skills to drive progress and eliminate impediments. Analytical skills for creating end-to-end solutions. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and coach others. Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation abilities across different levels. Knowledge areas include: Microservices architecture and domain design models. Advanced experience with REST & SOAP application services. Understanding of the relevant domain's technology landscape. Proficiency in DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL). UML standards. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
