Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Solaro Italy. As a Junior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and delivery of various projects within our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring project management professional to gain handson experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment. Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information Help create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and risk registers Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders Assist in managing project budgets and timelines Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to senior project managers Support the development and maintenance of project management processes and best practices Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met Contribute to postproject reviews and lessons learned sessions Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Management or a related field 12 years of experience in project coordination or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) Experience with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational abilities Fluency in English Additional Information : Diversity & Inclusion We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
