Job Description

In this role, you will be part of the customer care team where the main goal is to offer excellent support to our customers. For this role, we are looking for a candidate who speaks Slovenian at a native level to join our Customer Care team in Rome, Italy, or Stockholm, Sweden. The Role We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who prioritizes the customer and strives to provide a professional customer experience. You will be part of an international team of friendly colleagues, responsible for delivering excellent support to Slovenian customers through high availability and flexibility. A key mission is to gather constructive insights about customer needs and collaborate with other functions within EasyPark Group to propose product and process improvements, reducing the need for customers to contact us. Initial Contributions & Impact Answering incoming requests via phone, email, or other channels from Slovenian customers (private and corporate) and from foreign customers using the service in Slovenia (in English). Executing strategies to ensure the best customer experience for incoming requests, as decided by the Customer Care Management Team. Supporting customer insights collection by logging contacts according to company policy to identify solutions for improving the customer experience journey. Requirements While we believe one size doesn't fit all, a successful candidate might have the following: Previous experience in Customer Care and/or direct sales. Fluency in Slovenian and English (written and spoken) at B2 level; Italian is an advantage. Understanding of key Customer Care KPIs and a willingness to pursue continuous improvement. Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different client types. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Motivation to work collaboratively towards common goals.
