Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers. Engage in strategic sales planning and coordinate with Product Management for market positioning. Manage and develop a network of partners in the Hanwha channel partner program. Support Strategic Sales Managers in regional opportunities within vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and update customers with product information. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer opportunities, and report weekly on sales progress. Analyze existing customers, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecast accuracy, and meeting targets. Requirements: Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and Networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure, with project management skills. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Valid driving license.
